Terms & Conditions

These terms provide a practical summary of how enquiries, quotations and work are handled by CRELLIN Property Services. Any specific quotation or written agreement will form part of the contract.

Quotations

Quotations are based on the information and access available at the time. Hidden defects, inaccurate measurements, access restrictions, disposal requirements, changes in scope and additional work may require a revised or separate quotation.

Acceptance and bookings

A booking is confirmed when agreed by us. External work is subject to safe access, suitable weather and site conditions. We may rearrange work where proceeding would be unsafe or likely to produce a poor result.

Customer responsibilities

Please provide safe access, disclose known hazards, move fragile items where requested and ensure we can access required services or areas of the property.

Payment

Invoices are payable by the due date shown. Please use the invoice number as the payment reference. Deposits or staged payments may be required for larger or materials-heavy work.

Photos and records

Photographs may be retained as part of the quotation, job and completion record. Images are only used publicly where suitable and with appropriate consideration for privacy.
